Touch screen fix update being rolled out for Lumia 535

Many had been complaining about the bad touch response on Lumia 535 and it did turn out to be a software problem and Microsoft had promised a fix few days ago. And now the update is being rolled out (slowly, though) to many regions with larger Cortana support, data toggle in Notification centre.
