Starting from 520 to the top notch 1520, all Lumia Windows Phones get the Cyan update in India. As the update roll out is coming to its final stages after being told that it will be available to all in July, most of the countries have got the update rolling out for most of the devices.India, being a vast market for Windows Phones, Microsoft has made sure that India gets the update for all versions of the Lumia.
Go to settings -> Phone Updates and Check for Updates to download the latest update.
And for those of you on the developer preview, sorry but you HAVE to go rollback using NSU to get Cyan.
