Getting an update, is it the Update 1?

I recently received an update on my Developer Unlocked Lumia. As I type this post, the device is downloading the update. And it is said to be the Update 1 for Windows Phone 8.1.
So, whoever is running a developer unlocked Lumia device, head into the Phone Update section and get it right away. Detailed review coming soon! Cheers!
