After long awaited fix for the Bit locker Bug Microsoft realized ages ago, Microsoft has finally fixed it (kind of) and is releasing the Cyan firmware to developers on Windows Phone 8.1 Preview. It will be released to a small batch first, and then will expand slowly, testing the success of the update.
