It is Windows 10, yes.

So here it is, Windows 10 (the PC one, yes) and the much anticipated start menu is finally back and much more to it. What was thought to be named as Windows 9 has given many a surprise by naming it Windows 10 (probably because Windows 8.1 was the 9th version).
Anyways, there is Charms Bar still there. With that, there is the multi window support which Mac OS X and Linux users are familiar with, a Snap Assist feature, Ability to run Metro Apps in Windowed form, CTRL+V in Command Prompt (finally!) and much more.
