Glance updated to show MSN Weather and Health and Fitness on Lockscreen, also renamed to Glance Screen

Popular Nokia-only feature Glance was updated by Microsoft and was renamed to Glance Screen. But not only the renaming, it also got in some new features and fixes. Glance Screen now allows apps like MSN weather and Health and Fitness to show information right on the lockscreen. Glance Screen has also got some noticeable bug fixes and improvements.
