The official app for Instagram on Windows Phone hasn't been updated for an year now, but thankfully for Rudy Huyn and 6tag, things are going very good on the platform. The only fully functional third party app for Instagram on WP hit a new milestone with v4.0 bringing in 5 new filters and the ability to control the strength of the filter. Editing comments, locations and user tags were added too. Rudy updated the app once again yesterday to bring in some improvements to geolocation, cropping, passwords and more.
So overall, it is nice to see a third party developer so keen on improving the app and getting more functionality to it.

- Support all special characters on passwords for Facebook/twitter/etc...
